The BEST and quickest customer service
My Motion Plus unit bit the dust after one year of hard use and I expected to be down for months as well as have to ship the heavy unit back to them for inspection Instead all the needed was a photo of it and receipt as proof before shipping me a new unit free of charge I expected to be down for months but they had me sorted out in days Extremely easy to deal with immediate response to my emails and provided me with a tracking number Customer service is everything and I ll be sticking with Next Level Racing for the foreseeable future for this reason

My New GT Elite cockpit replacing GT Lite
I ve just taken delivery of a GT Elite I m gobsmacked at the attention to detail in every step from initial design to manufacturing and packaging To top it off my experience as a customer has me beaming and very satisfied Will and Zac at Pagnian have been super helpful in their dealings with my numerous enquiries I d had two GT Lite rigs for two separate houses One is still used the other - replaced by the GT Elite - is going to a friend who is starting his simracing journey I ve been VERY happy with both those products The new GT Elite is incredibly well put together It s as solid as a rock and the ES1 bucket seat that I bought with it is super comfortable I ll be singing the praises of NLR and Pagnian to all who will listen EDIT NLR replaced 4 pedal tray ratchet bolts worth a bit free of charge for my old GT Lite rig I d stripped the threads by over-tightening Thanks Team NLR and Pagnian

Next Level Customer Service
Customer service from this place is absolutely amazing I bought a F-GT seat from a retailer about 6 months ago and one of the parts failed I contacted Next Level Racing via their support chat expecting I might have to pay for new parts and they would be expensive but beyond my expectations they confirmed which part it was and got them sent to me in a week free of charge Absolutely amazing can t recommend them enough Also top marks to Jake who dealt with my issue

First class customer service
First class customer service Will at NLR helped me with my issue and kept me updated at every step I had an problem with a clamp on my NLR F-GT Lite and contacted the Customer Service department They were quick to respond within a day or two and very helpful even though my rig was out of warranty I got a very reasonable price on the replacement part and it was with me reasonably quickly considering it was coming from China Couldnt be happier with the experience Thanks again Will From John E

Great support
I had an issue with regards to an item I purchased and at the time I was given goodwill This was about 1 year ago When the time came to use my goodwill the company did not flinch at all but respected the goodwill and promptly delivered the goods Not all companies would do this after such a long time Highly recommended

Customer service everything
Their products are top of notch but the customer service even better I was amazed on how fast and easy they fixed my issue They shipped me a part that i accidentaly tighten too far and broke without asking any questions or selling it to me or anything Jake was in communication with me immediately and foolowing up through the shipping Something small but made a huge difference Thanks

I can NOT say enough about this company and the incredible client service they provide I ve had the pleasure of working with Cameron on some minor issues which were promptly perfectly resolved Cameron and the entire team at NLR truly make you feel that they are In It with you all the way They sincerely enjoy seeing their clients progress and make it fun and hassle free I HIGHLY recommend their products which are only made better by true service Thank You NLR Team

Fantastic support every time
I have contacted Next Level Racing support a number of times throughout my ownership of the V3 seat mover and their support is second to none Even when not in warranty they will do everything they can to help you solve any issues you may be experiencing The units themselves are built like tanks and are super reliable but issues can crop up and an email to support will always get you up and running again There are other companies out ther that do motion platforms but NLR for the whole package are second to none
