Fraud Company - Stole my money and blocked my number

I ve placed an order amounting to Rs 31499 on July 7th 2023 I paid through Debit Card through Razorpay payment gateway After a week they called me and collected Rs 4500 extra for some unreasonable charges So 35999 in total They ve delayed the delivery for 1 month and I decided to cancel the order and they didn t hold responsibility and denied refund I ve raised dispute in Razorpay on 1 8 2023 for refunding my money After 1 day their delivery partner contacted me for delivery They tricked me to pay for the second time to their bank account Rs 35999 and assured me that the earlier disputed amount will be refunded Since the furniture is urgent I paid for second time They ve delivered a damaged poorly fabricated used product When I contacted them they never took the item back as per their returns policy Also they never refunded my duplicate payment Despite politely following up for 2 months they have finally blocked my number I ve never come across such fraud company earlier New Buyers can read my review and make appropriate purchasing decision from nicemaple com
