If I could give less than one star I would I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter as a gift for entering into a sorority The item pictured a shoe with beautiful beading Instead I received shoes with the picture of the beading transposed onto the shoe Just awful

Phone case DOES NOT match
I ordered a phone case in my sorority colors with the crest and it was bedazzled in the picture But when I received it I found that it was instead spray painted on - even the foam in the case was spray painted What a gyp and this was just one part of a big order
