Waste of my time
Spend all my time trying to log in and requesting OTP codes that still do not work Have accumulated some good points but no idea what to do with them I am not a dummy and have called customer services but the time I spent on the phone and still nothing works

Waste of time
Just don t bother registering or downloading the app A complete waste of time Can t access my reward catalogue and when I called them they said my account does not exist despite me having points on it

Redeemed my points for a 30 Argos gift card when trying to use on Argos purchase it comes up as no money left on card Months of scanning shopping for nothing so app deleted

Way to much hassle
Way to much hassle and god forbid you dont enter any information They then start ringing and badgering you If it was just scan the receipt fine but you then have to rescan every barcode Revisit every shop frequently And if you dont you get the rude call centre staff giving you grief about why you haven t Honestly do yourself a favour and just dont bother

WAY too invasive
Way too invasive I understand scanning the shopping to get analytics on what people are buying but you have to put in every bit of information regarding your household Further to this the surveys seem absolutely insane The sort of things they re asking are absolutely not normal and definitely seem dodgy

Not only it is a scam
Not only it is a scam but ever since I put my phone number there I get bombed with messages and voice calls on whatsapp from numbers from algeria and etc I tried logging back on the nielseniq app but i need a registration key which they never actually give you Wanted to deactivate my account and make the calls and messages stop but I haven t found a solution yet

I thought was a great website
I thought was a great website however have experienced nothing but trouble Cannot log in either as a new member or as a member Cannot access the catalogue of gifts you can win I ve spent too much time trying too many emails to their support and wonder why I m putting all this effort in Not impressed so far Advice to others would be don t waste your time Thank you for your message everything you suggest I did Still no luck

Would give 0 stars if I could
Would give 0 stars if I could Scanned for over 10 weeks and went to redeem points but accessing the rewards section is impossible Asked to change password sends a one time code asks to enter password 2 times but the second box is greyed out so can t complete this step Never get a response from support and tells me my account doesn t exist but more than capable of messaging me every week No way to close account or remove phone number either I ll stick to Shop Scan been using that for 3 years with no issues at all

For years i had the same username and
For years i had the same username and password without any trouble Now the have decided to VOID my password every three month and also introduce a 6 digit additional code Today they have denied me access to the rewards page for on unknown reason Call the helpline a popup says Help Desk Telephone 0800 373 148 between 9am-5pm the website says A voice says buisiness hours are 2pm to 6pm Pretty sure I will be saying goodbye quite soon

Avoid invitations
I filled in a chocolate diary in February I was supposed to get an incentive which i never received I contacted several Nielsens to be told it was nothing to do with them I also contacted ViziT who is owned by NIQ Only reply I received was we ve got your message A total waste of my time Hope this gets sorted out at last10 august no one has come back to meNOVEMBER AND THE PROMISE TO COME BACK TO ME WAS NOT KEPT SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE
