Not fast not reliable TAKES FOREVER
ANSWER TO THEIR RESPONSE THEY NEVER ASKED ME FOR THE APOSTILLE ON A CERTAIN DOCUMENT EXCEPT YESTERDAY I WENT THROUGH THEIR NOTARY OBVIOUSLY 120 EUROS AGAIN AND I PROVIDED THEM THIS MORNING I TOLD THEM TO ARRANGE EVERYTHING AND THEY TOLD ME ITS UP TO 2 WEEKS NOT ON OUR HANDS SO ALWAYS SOMETHING GOING WRONG AND DELAYS TO KEEP I TOLD THEM FROM THE DAY 1 THAT I WOULD NEED THE NIF REALLY QUICK THEN I SAW THEY DIDNT CONTACT ME UNTIL 2 DAYS TO UPLOAD NEEDED DOCUMENTS I ASKED FOR A REFUND THEY REFUSED SO I KEPT ON THEY TOLD ME WE ARE A GOOD COMPANY WE HAVE REVIEWS ON TRUSTPILOT THIS IS ABSOLUTELY A FRAUD IM ON A STRUGGLE NOW AND I HATE MYSELF FOR CHOOSING THEM THEY DIDNT RESPECT ME AND STILL THEY DONT UNDERSTAND HOW IMPORTANT IS MY NEED IM CRYING I GOT SCAMMED I WOULD HAVE DONE IT FASTER CHEAPER BY MYSELF I paid for the fastest service but its been already one month and all i can get from them is probably next week I think that if i had done myself for free it would have been faster because now i dont even know if they ever applied for something Im now in trouble since i paid for something i needed in time and i was wrong to trust them

They lied to me
They lied to me they made me lose i lot of money with their parters notary I just found out nothing was going on for my company they were telling me it was on progress but not at all Its a scamming company i will sue them

No Customer Service
Gestoraz has been in touch and have explained why the customer service was unavailable todaythey agree with me that this service was not entirely suitable for me in my situation and have been very understanding - this has been a better experience than earlier today and I look forward to receiving the refundthis is not a rating for a whole experience but I want to write this review - I am suffering total lack of trust and think that I have been scammedI have paid for the comfort service - and received an email instructing me to get notary Apostille services etc - this is time consuming and expensive - I am in Barcelona - there is no reason I cannot get a service here in Barcelona that will not require power of attorney or apostille there was no indication before I paid that immediately I would receive additional costs - I will be much better off I think to get a service in Barcelona so I have tried to contact Gestoraz - nor response via whats app chat - no response via email and yet they clearly say they are available weekdays 10am til 8pm So I am not confident that they are there and I am worried they have taken mo money and will not service our agreement

3-4 weeks delay
We hired the comfort package because we were on a tight deadline They promised 2-3 weeks Watch out once you paid and they process your application they say 2-3 weeks from the moment they received your documents by post So that means at least 1 week to get all the documentation signed at the notary and then get the apostille We handed in the documents 6 weeks ago No NIE yet Thank you for you answer but not appreciated At least read the entire message We handed the documents 6 weeks ago so that is already a delay of double the time The application was not for me I am already Spanish I was helping a friend
