Where are they actually located
They address on the website is in PA However they are actually located outside the USA I emailed them and they said due to the time difference they may not be able to contact me during regular hours I m also in PA I told them by email I m in the same state to which they never replied Scam or not Seems scammy to have a USA address if you re not at that address

Their customer service sucks they don t ever get back to you you send emails all you get is some computer generated reply that tells you they ll get back to you as soon as possible They are slow to process your order

Have had 4 6 switch boxes on my l-3301
Have had 4 6 switch boxes on my l-3301 tractor all have failed in or about 1 year Have sent several e-mails concerning this and numerous phone calls none of which were answered or returned very poor customer service

Shipping info was sent then package never moved After 3 weeks of repeatedly checking in with them it turns out the item was out of stock and never shipped Canceled order a week later I am waiting to see if I will get a refund or have to file a dispute with my credit card company Very disappointing waste of time Submitted this review on their site and of course they didn t publish it
