I bought 25kg sugar but I got 2kg
I ordered and payed for 4 bottles of Glucosamine Chondroitin they sent 1 bottle and when I write and ask for the missing 3 bottles they first give nonsens answers and then they write that they have already sent them I have payed 138 Euro for the missing bottles

They have sent the wrong item
They have sent the wrong item then for weeks trying to offer me a voucher instead of refund or the right item Then refunding but partially and again offering voucher Nonsense answers showing they never cared for what I have written Still I miss the rest of the refund because they say they cannot do it without me giving them my bank details I wonder how they managed to make the first part of the refund

I can forgive long delivery time and
I can forgive long delivery time and extra fees abd taxes But when you pay 60 euro for 1lb of black walnuts and they are not cleaned properly have very low quality and 1 3 of them are either cracked in a bad way or simply have cracks on them that make them dry and taste bad then i cannot accept that I paid the same amount of money for 6lbs of black walnuts 6 times more walnuts from a seller on ebay no taxes or extra fees they were fresh bigger very clean tasted amazing and not even one was broken or cracked Such an incredible waste of money to shop here

I never recieved my item in Sweden The item showed as stuck in customs and got returned even though company shows its ok to ship this item It was determined I would get a refund within 3 to 5 working days but I have still recieved nothing and it s past 5 days

NineLife rips off consumers
This company should be avoided we ordered two boxes of Roka Danish cheesy wafers 4 65 per 100g box according to Amazon UK thinking each box would contain several packets but received just two boxes for a total of 200 grams for which we had paid 70 even though the packing slip showed a value of 7 28 We called customer service and were told that was the price quoted so too bad no make-up shipment or credit This has all the hallmarks of a scam 70 for less than half a pound of cheese biscuits so please be warned NineLife is not our idea of a customer-friendly company

Dropshipped items from outside EU and breached my personal data
Please do not use this company and check carefully who you are dealing with as they operate under different names in countries including India UK US Sweden etc Regarding my own issues I purchased an order from Ninelife se i e from Sweden I checked the company at that time and it showed a Norwegian address leading me to believe this was an EU EEA company My items probiotics were actually shipped from the US I only found this out weeks later when I received a significant customs charge Furthermore the probiotics were shipped in a basic padded envelope only clearly without any refrigeration or proper security meaning item was likely useless To add insult Ninelife then either knowingly or negligently breached my personal data leading to my full name address and card details being leaked I m now receiving multiple targeted phishing emails every week citing the original order number and linking through to a fake delivery site that harvests credit card details I sent a lengthy complaint to NineLife requesting this be escalated to their legal data protection officer on both issues i e data protection and the shipping from the US and I have had zero substantive response to either I was told I was out of time for getting a refund for the US dropshipping element a lie as I had first complained a few days after receiving the order from customs and after receiving no response had complained again and no response at all to the data breach which I know has come from them as it cites my real order number For anyone thinking about purchasing from them please don t At the very least I would urge you to look at other customers reviews including UK Aus NZ where I have read similar complaint reviews as it seems lots of other customers have had the same issues They seem to have no proper data protection policies or procedures for ensuring safety or personal data or for dealing with complaints and have failed to give any response to my legitimate concerns leading me to believe they have not properly investigated taken adequate steps to ensure safety of data I will lead you to draw your own conclusions as to what kind of company this is I have consequently now reported NineLife to the relevant data protection authority in Sweden and will be pursuing this as far as I can take it If you have purchased anything from them please be vigilant as to any correspondence you receive purporting to be from NineLife and citing your order number as it may well be a scam email If I could give zero stars I would
