Garbage Made In CHINA

I ordered a concealed carry coat from Nine Line Apparel which was clearly noted on their website to have been manufactured in the United States After I waited almost a month my order arrived and I noticed that the tag in my coat stated that it was made in China So basically I paid close to 100 with shipping for a cheap shirt made in China with an American flag embroidered on the chest I will NEVER order anything from this company ever again

I bought a polo from them the logo was a sticker and came off within a few washes I decided to write a review on their site to warn future customers and after making an account and logging into their third party review service I found out they set the review hidden so it will never show up on the public website So the polo still shows zero reviews Manipulating the reviews to only show glowing 5 star reviews must be the real morals of this company to exploit veterans trust

the plastic mask thats 40 is well done except not proper for any true C-19 protection I purchased ours few days ago and my wife works as a NP in the hospital on covid 19 floor once a month rotation and all day she said that by the eye corner air would leak out after exhaling air which is not good not worth you risking your life sorry do not recommend it

I bought black masks to protect myself

I bought black masks to protect myself from the Coronavirus and after seeing the company s advertisements I was tempted to purchase a 10-unit package limited to one pack per customer also a promotional trick The masks I received were made of very thin fabric that could even filter dust Seamless just a piece of rag that partially covers the face I felt scammed

Nine Line Crashes and Burns

To be honest I have a dozen or two of Nine Line Apparel s graphic t-shirts But this last order of their special order t-shirts standing for Texas really was horrible The graphics looked like they ran out of ink during the silk screening printing process I contacted Nine Line s customer service and provided them with photographs of my shirts Their answer was oh those are distressed designs the shirts are supposed to look like that Distressed The designs didn t look so DISTRESSED in the website photographs If a company refuses to stand behind their merchandise then I don t have to purchased anything from that company again The shirts are being returned and I will not purchase again from Nine Line again I will stick with Grunt Style

I can confirm every negative thing being said about this company Order three items with 2 day shipping Never received order after two weeks Sent email that was never answered Spoke to customer service and they gave the usual excuses about Covid etc cancelled my order and was told refund should appear within the next few days We shall see There are a lot of patriotic companies out there who are working hard to represent their products in a professional and dignified manner This is not one of them

They don t stand behind they delivery

They don t stand behind they delivery dates and treat you like an idiot when you ask them what s going on they try and remind you of made to order and 3 to 5 days delivery after even though they already were late on shipment They said they don t have answers on where my order is or what happened

Horrible quality and customer service

I waited for over a month for the worst face masks I ve ever seen Literally any person down the street or yourself can make a better one They do not respond to emails They do not pick up the phone Absolutely horrible company that puts on some fa ade that they are patriotic and American- made Yeah right-that s why you re ripping off American citizens with these masks that were cut out of a thin sock with safety scissors And you make people wait for over a month to even get them How dare you attach our country s name and military to push an unbelievably substandard product via abysmal customer service

Awful customer care

This company used to be fantastic I placed four orders in total three of which were wonderful Recently the customer service has gone significantly downhill It took me over eight weeks to get my order and when I did it was incorrect and now they are not responding to me to return the order I will never order from this company again and I m so glad other people are posting to warn others
