The company is one of the greatest I have ever had experience with I ve bought the bracelet last year for my boyfriend which was very beautiful but unfortunately he lost it due to design flaw I have emailed customer service and asked what they can do and after few emails exchange which where answered efficiently they did offer to send new bracelet I was so happy and cannot thank them enough My boyfriend is over the moon and we do appreciate this generous gesture Thank you Ninetwofive team especially Kai and Adam

Attention to detail

I ordered a bracelet for my son s graduation with a personalised box The order came but without the personalization I was upset not to recieve it as I had thought of a meaningful note The bracelet was too perfect in size so I enquired about a larger size Due to my not receiving the personalization I was offered a free return The bracelet was out of stock it took over 1 month to receive it however I did receive an email with apologies and an update additionally I was offered a free personalised coffee mug We have received both now the bracelet is beautiful and my son loves it the coffee mug is a lovely added bonus and great quality Thank you to all at NINETWOFIVE for making what would have been a difficult purchase worth the wait the attention to customer care is commendable

It was my first time to buy from theis company and had initial trouble receiving what I bought because fedex lost my parcel ir gave it away to someone else but I contacted Ninetwofive and they assisted me and eventually had to resend another product They have been really helpful and after receiving what I bought the quality of the necklace is outstanding I will definitely buy again
