Some of the transfers that I received weren t correct I was hesitant to email them not knowing if it would even be worth the hassle I m so glad that I did They were so quick to respond fixed the prints right away and shipped them out immediately I was really impressed with their quality customer service I ll definitely be ordering from them again knowing they really take care of their customers

I ordered transfers for our Leukemia and Lymphoma Society walk team and the transfers arrived looking great Following the tutorial on the site with my cricuit heat press the designs went on smoothly and look amazing I did not receive the parchment paper the video said comes with every order but luckily I had some on hand I will definitely be ordering from Ninja Transfers again and will promote your business Thank you

Ninja saves time with great quality

OMG I was a bit nervous about sending designs out to be printed without approval but I am so glad I did They came out amazing with the backgrounds gone and the quality still in tack Ninja will save me hours of work removing BG while keeping the OG image in tack Shipping was also fast and I got regular speed but they offer expedited as well 11 10 would recommend if you re wanting to print designs to put on tee shirts

It was my first time ordering from Ninja Transfers i placed an order for some transfer that was for funeral shirts There was a size issue on a graphic but I called to ask for help My representative Josh was very sweet and helpful and handled my situation with grace Definitely will continue to use there services

A small hiccup but great over all

I purchased about 20 or so shirts along with their respective prints The shirts were good no complaints there however when it came to the prints they were misprinted I contacted customer service They expedited my order I had my corrected prints the next day Great service
