Brilliant service

I ordered a cover for my K1600Gt on the Tuesday it was despatched on Wednesday and received despite Christmas rush Friday I think this is excellent service and do not understand all the negative reviews Over the past 18 months I have ordered a range of goods from them and have received the same excellent service on each occasion

Good service

I was wary given their bad reviews but this was the only supplier I could find for the part I was after As it wasn t expensive I chanced it and must say all went very well The part was at a good price and delivered two days later so can t complain If there was anything to complain about it would be the cheap feel to the part but then it was inexpensive I would have preferred to pay more for better quality but knew that before purchase so wasn t surprised

I have used Nippy Normans several times in recent months like many others I was concerned by the bad reviews However I have received an excellent service with quick delivery every time so will continue to use them in future The products are always as described and on the one occasion I had to contact customer services with a query they replied within 24 hours

Great customer service

I ordered a Wunderlich tank bag and it was dispatched almost straight away however my company refused to accept personal deliveries so it went back to Nippy Normans who responded quickly to my emails and then resent the parcel again as soon as they had it back from Royal Mail This is my first order from Nippy Normans but I shall not hesitate to order from them again very soon in fact

Unbelievable that Nippy Norman s has had a less than perfect rating

I cannot believe that Nippy Norman s has received a bad rating I have been dealing with this company since 2009 and four BMW s later I am still dealing with them Yes I had a problem but this was with the carrier NOT with the supplier I would recommend this company to anyone

Replacement Bracket for an R Nine T Screen

4 years ago I bought a screen for my R Nine T from Nippy Normans Now after 4 years and well outwith any guarantee period one of the brackets snapped Nippy Normans have replaced the bracket completely free gratis and for nothing Fantastic service and i wish all Suppliers were so efficient and kind These guys are more than good they are truly excellent
