As per the previous review the patches are to thick they don t bend then they fall off To add insult to financial injury I wasted 3 patches in 20 minutes when contacting customer service I was asked to provide the following information -1 Age at time of the event of the person who used the product2 Dates product used from-to 3 Date symptoms noticed from-to 4 A detailed account of exactly how the product was used5 Batch number if the product is still in your possession and full name of the product6 Date GP consulted if applicable 7 Were there any changes to your lifestyle or diet 8 Were other products or medications taken at the same time 9 Do you have any relevant medical history previously used this product allergies to medication smoking alcohol use 10 Where the product was purchasedSo there you go clearly not very interested in giving a refund just seem to want to make the process as complicated as possible and quite what my medical history has to do with them is anyones business AVOID and buy from a reputable brand Boots own were very good
