It is the worst service ever
It is the worst service ever I need to change the stop signal left side And it is not existing in Portugal I need to wait 20 days for the detail to arrive from Spain Official dealers don t have details in stock Service for Nissan doesn t exist in Portugal I made a complaint they called me from Spain but the issue is not solved They promised to call back and they never returned

We have had a gas smell in our garage
We have had a gas smell in our garage outside the car and inside the cabin and inside our house since 2022 and the service technician confirmed it but said I d have to pay 160 for them to diagnose it plus parts and labor to fix it There are lots of Nissan Rogue gas smell in cabin complaints AND there is a class action lawsuit filed on the 2020-2023 models I ve seen the same complaints as far back as 2009 so they have been alerted and know about this faulty assembly problem for years and have not taken responsibility for fixing it We ve gotten used to it and a neighbor came over yesterday and said he was getting nauseated from the smell in our living area so I put it out in driveway and this a m it wasn t as bad It s a health and fire hazard and we have gas stove I m not sure if local TV Action Reporter could get anything done or if we should hire a lawyer People walking up to my car exclaim I smell gas No warnings on dash It seems to be faulty assembly of fuel line to tank or in that area as it s strongest in back seat My wife has MGUS arthritis and other medical problems and this is causing a lot of mental stress worrying that the car will catch on fire while we re in it I will Never buy another Nissan now that I see that they don t care what happens once you buy it Please answer asap as we use it everyday and don t want cancer etc from inhaling gas fumes Purely breathing the fumes gasoline inhalation can result in the following symptoms coughing and other breathing difficulties headaches dizziness heart failure and more Because of how the hydrocarbons attack the nervous system a wide range of symptoms is possible but they can all eventually be deadly

Evoid Nissan taller I had an accident was no my fault gave them to repair my car and they comeback me a car dirty and with more damages I was waiting one month to repair it and at the end they told they will no gave me a car i can use when they repair it So they made damages and i have to pay another car rent for 10 14 days they need to repair it Incredible

Nissan Qashqai Abnormal Wear to the Front Disc Rotors
Following my conversation with Victor from the C E O office today I have given Nissan a 1 star rating because it is not possible to give a zero rating The best way to describe the dispute between myself Nissan is to attach the text of the emails between myself the Nissan C E O office I need to mention all attempts to ask Nissan to investigate the reason for the abnormal break disc rotor wear were rejected by Victor reading between the lines Nissan do not want to admit either the compound used in the disc pads is too hard or the actual disc rotors are too soft In any event the disk pads are generally considered the consumable item not the metal disc rotors unless you own a Nissan Qashqai then they do not even last as long as the warrantee period Dear Victor As a little background I would like to mention that I am a retired person in my mid 70 s not a boy racer and my vehicle is subject to abnormal wear patterns to both the front disc rotors and left front tyre During my lifetime I have owned or leased upwards of 60 different vehicles manufactured by a number of different companies I have mostly owned leased mid to high end Vauxhall vehicles in the latter years of my employment with Vauxhall Motors in the Quality Control department When my vehicle was collected for this service the brake disc pads fitted on the vehicle were the original pads fitted by Nissan when the vehicle was constructed The rear disc pads were said to have only 3mm of friction material remaining and were in need of replacement This comment was fair as disc pads are considered consumable items no mention was made about excessive wear on the rear disc rotors While I appreciate that the friction material used in the disc pads fitted to the front calipers may be harder than that used in the rear calipers because the front brakes are under higher loading but they should not be so hard as to not wear down and so to cause excessive wear to the disc rotors making the disc rotors the consumable item I mention the number of vehicles that I have owned leased for a good reason some of the vehicles that I have owned when much younger were in my possession for a number of years and indeed had the break disc pads changed a number of times but not one single vehicle that I have ever owned required the replacement of the disc rotors due to excessive wear as mentioned to me on the phone and as shown in the Nissan documents provided to me after this service From my previous experience during my working life I feel that these badly worn disc rotors must be defective the metal must be too soft or the friction material too hard for them to have become so badly worn in only 22 000 miles and I am going to suggest that Nissan needs to conduct laboratory testing on both of the worn components to determine why these parts are of such poor quality In recent email correspondence with the Service Manager it has been suggested to me that the disc pads are only half worn and the front disc rotors should last another 12 months or 30 000 miles before needing replacement at my cost I have not replied to Mr Name Removed as I do not share his opinion that disc rotors have a service life of only 30 000 miles as this has not been my experience going back more than 50 years and I also do not accept that the unusual wear patterns to the left front tyre is due to under inflation when the systems built into this very vehicle continually monitor the tyre pressures You have asked me for further feedback and please accept this email as such you also need to be aware that I am considering further feedback and reviews via Trustpilot but in the spirit of fairness I will not do so until this matter is closed as Trustpilot feedback may not be necessary When I consider that this low mileage vehicle with a full service history has brake disc rotors in this condition this situation is wholly unacceptable You may contact me on my mobile phone but I would also like a written answer as I have not ruled out redress using the legal system Yours sincerely David JGood afternoon Mr Hyde I am briefly writing to thank you for speaking with me on the phone to discuss your ongoing case providing your feedback on the quality of your Nissan vehicle disc pads your position outlined in our email exchanges and that you will forward your Trustpilot review I do thank you for contacting us about your experience the investigation leading us to liaise with the Dealer the conversations you ve had with them and the health check video I wasn t able to say during our call but should you need future assistance especially at the time you do attend to the front brakes pads do not hesitate to contact us and we will do the best we can and without the capacity we can Kind Regards VictorManaging Director OfficeNissan Motors GP Ltd

DO NOT BUY A NISSAN Negligence and Zero Accountability - 90 days and counting
I ve been without my 2022 Nissan Magnite for 90 days due to gross negligence and incompetence by Nissan South Africa and their dealerships My car broke down twice in 2024 both times after services at Milnerton Nissan The car has been at Nissan Tokai since October 17 2024 undiagnosed for 50 days due to a lack of tools Nissan s customer promise of a courtesy vehicle was ignored forcing me to pay R44 100 in rental costs Despite filing complaints with MIOSA and legal action Nissan has offered ZERO assistance no updates no courtesy vehicle and no timeline for repairs Think twice before buying a Nissan Their service is nonexistent their policies protect them and their customers are left to suffer

Nissan car death trap
The car Nissan Leaf a Knocking sound pulling away breaking took it to a Nissan dealer i am a 81 year old disabled man keep hanging around 4 hours told the bolts on the drive shaft need tighten but to weak Nissan have now got stronger bolts i will to pay 250 for the new bolts to be fitted i booked in 6 2 25 8am that morning got a phone call they had to cancel it booked it in 9 30am 11 2 25 i got there only to hang a round till 11 45 i stare to feel ill pain in my back legs chest so gave up asked for the keys got home 10 miles a way to take pain killers i put posters on my car door saying NISSAN LEAF DEATH TRAPS WITH BUIT-IN-MECHANICAL DEFECTS AS this car stops for no reason and comes up with COLLISION AVOIDANCE WHEN ON A dual carriageway on Christmas day it was just getting dark my son and son in law was in the car the car pull up in the middle of the Dual carriageway then droved on it was lucky for us there was no vehicles behind us AS we all could have been killed NISSAN SIAD IT IS WERE AND TEAR IGNORING THE BOLTS WERE NOT UP TO TAKE THE STRAIN OF THE ELECTRIC MOTER SO of course the PLYMOUTH dealer will not repair the car now

Awful company
Awful company Never buy using Nissan Dealership Initially car was a week late Turned up to collect I was told to wait for one hour whilst MOT was completed As I drove car away there was a huge crack down the main windscreen and litter in the glove compartment December 2nd 2024 my Nissan broke down Car was towed and was informed by mobile mechanic thermostat had blown along with head gasket failure I was made aware that this is a common Nissan design fault I contacted Nissan who said they could not book it in until the end of January 2025 and could not offer me a courtesy car I therefore took it to a local garage who could do it sooner I then complained to Nissan who said if it gets towed to Nissan then they can diagnose it and provide courtesy car I then arranged a tow truck who said you need to book it in the dealership first I contacted the dealership who said there was no availability until the end of February 2025 and no offer of a courtesy car I therefore had the private garage complete the job which cost me over 3 000 I had to rent 3 cars during this time pay for the Nissan for 2 months as part of my finance even though I could not drive the car lost out on earnings from my delivery job I have requested financial compensation which Nissan have declined stating that they did not diagnose the problem at their dealership I have explained numerous times that I was prepared to take it to a Nissan dealership but they could not even look at it until the end of February

Avoid Nissan and RCI Nissan Financing
I bought a Nissan Juke 5 months ago and didn t like the car It s noisy on the road the windows are closed and sound like they re open and the plastic inside makes noise I traded it in for another car from another brand The financing I got from the dealer through RCI financing continued to charge me the installments even after the contract was paid off I filed a complaint to get a refund and no one responded Terrible car terrible customer service If you never want a headache avoid Nissan s car and services Unfortunately they are not professional
