A huge disappointment
A huge disappointment After placing an order I realized my house number doesn t appear in the confirmation email and reached out to the Customer Care team within 10 mins to ask for their help to add it In their confirmation email it s clearly stated that I would be notified once the order is shipped So I understand that it wasn t shipped Instead of handling this with care they simply pushed this back to me and asked me to contact their shipping provider to correct my address I have no barcode info yet They kept on responding with the same so-called solution which was far away from customer care Will never ever again shop from Pandora
