Great Customer Service

I have ordered at NN07 and had some initial issues with the delivery from the side of DHL however Christian provided excellent customer service He was very competent fast to respond and resolved all issues

I was unhappy but the excellent follow up from the customer service had me change my mind

Went on a roller coaster but in the end can t compliment enough Fie for her brilliant follow up and customer service She really did an amazing job so it made me switch from 1 to 5 stars Can t wait to receive the jacket will happily share my thoughts about the product

Avoid - Poor quality

I was a previously a fan of their trousers but not anymore Pants break after only being used for 6 months Customer service says it is a question of wear I have now problems with 6 pairs of their chinos with same problem 1 pair only after using them 5 times Same feedback from their customer service Avoid

Avoid these chinos at all costs Although they have an excellent fit and a superb look and feel when new their quality is deceptively poor especially considering the price Two pairs of chinos developed vertical tears on the seat of the pants on both sides within 6 wears The other two pairs have lasted slightly better however they have also now developed vertical tears in the seat after 6 months At 107 per pair it is utterly outrageous Plus zero response from customer service when contacted Its such a shame there is so much potential for the brand with the excellent fit feel and colours However I recommend that everyone should avoid these chinos at all costs

Do not buy online from NN07 their returns policy is a scam

Do not buy online from NN07 they will not refund you During the pandemic and unable to go shopping I bought over 500 euros of clothes from NN07 It was a mistake Firstly the clothes arrived as if they had been to war in what looked like a second hand box and like someone had rifled through them None of them fitted and I had to return them NN07 provide no means of returning the items and expect their stupid customers to pay for the return even though it is international shipping Outrageous Inevitably or apparently the goods never arrived back to NN07 and despite proof of postage they have refused to refund me taking no responsibility for my loss of money surely a risk any company should bear DO NOT BUY NN07 PRODUCTS

Marco Chino s - Inferior Product and Poor Customer Service

Prior to purchasing these NN07 chino s at a Bloomingdale s store in N J in late 2020 I should have heeded the advice of the reviewers of this exact same product Shame on me Since purchasing them I have worn them no more than 10 times They looked and felt great however a vertical tear near the back pocket developed due to the inferior material After a lengthy back and forth with Henriette in their customer service it was clear to me that I was totally on my own I was told that Bloomingdale s was the responsible party however Bloomingdale s did not manufacture this product NN07 told me there was nothing they could do because I did not purchase the pants directly from them online It was clear to me that as the manufacturer NN07 could have easily sent me a replacement pair of pants it was just that they were UNWILLING to do so BEWARE This company does not stand behind their product I will never purchase another article of clothing from them again and counsel you to do the same
