Had it now for over a year Its comforting and I sleep easy knowing my truck is protected I even park my truck behind my other 2 vicheles to protect them 3 protected for the price of one Best investment I have ever made and I highly recommend it

I had a wonderful experience with this company they were very professional and courteous and on time I had people trying to steal my vehicle and put a couple different alarms on and did not stop these car keys from attempting once I put this device in my vehicle I also had two break-ins and people try to start my vehicle and have not been able to thank you very much and I really do appreciate your guys s service

Sam was great over the phone and making sure everything was good to go and worked around my schedule The technician that came out was great and on time and said The install was going to take a couple of hrs and he was right on the money

Phil was friendly and very knowledgeable I love knowing how things work so asked a lot of questions and Phil ex explained it all I only wish the location for the device was a little different It s kind of hard to plug in being so close to the dash

Called for Replacement stickers as mine were faded The system also saved my truck from Theft in Las Vegas When I was at a family reunion The thieves tried to steal my truck and left the windows down but they could not take it

The experience was good I ordered online over a weekend and received a phone call that Monday The guy was there Tuesday to install the product They worked well with my requests on how to access the vehicle and where to leave things once they finished as that s what was easiest for me My only complaint was that their tech left all the wire clippings and insulation ect under my truck and I had to clean my driveway once I got home The install is professional and clean looking We have these devices on our fleet of work trucks and have had one stolen It took the thief s three attempts to figure the wiring out On the third visit they were gone with the vehicle in a few minutes

I am thankful for this product It provides some peace of mind that my vehicle can not be started even with the key unless you insert the Ravelco key I was impressed by the installer who was detailed and knowledgeable Very pleased highly recommended Rick Jones
