They do not ship products out in a timely manner you pay more for expedited shipping and they take a week to ship your product Kinda defeats the purpose You think it would be faster since you are paying for your own shipping and on top of that if you return the product they make you pay a fee to return it You also have to pay for the box to ship it back Their products are great but their service is not good at all Almost not worth getting their product

I bought a iPhone 15 pro max leather case and it was poor quality and I didn t feel it would protect my phone if I accidentally dropped it so I returned it 5 minutes after I opened it they said a 5 fee would be deducted so when I got a refund of much less than 5 less I was surprised Turns out they then itemize everything and you pay quite a bit shipping for the item to you and apparently 5 for the return so 12-13 charge for me to test out an inferior product Don t waste your time with them buy on Amazon where you can read and write reviews

Terrible Quality

It took 2 weeks to ship an expedited product that turned out to be the cheapest quality piece of leather I have ever seen despite the entire product page describing the apparent best leather manufacturer in the US There are thousands of reviews online but you can t actually review your purchases so these are clearly mostly fake The real ones are all the same - the worst quality you could possibly imagine Avoid at all costs
