I have used a local property manager for the last 10 years but will never go back after giving Nomad a try Nomad has made being a landlord simple and completely pain-free I rest easy knowing that my rent is guaranteed and my property is protected I ve really enjoyed working with their team and their software is intuitive and powerful Highly recommend

Nomad is the best As someone who purchased my home two years ago and had to relocate for my job- the idea of renting my home was very daunting I searched for alternatives to property management companies who were going to charge me an arm and a leg when realistically I knew I could do a majority of the management myself- I just needed help with listing background and credit checks and a lease agreement and there Nomad was I could not recommend Nomad enough- Thank you to the team for your help and support you made finding renters SO easy I could not be happier

We had a great experience renting through Nomad Everything admin related was simple and easy thanks to their rental portal and supportive team You can tell that Nomad really cares about their renters and strives to make the process as smooth as possible We had no issues with maintenance requests deposit handling or contacting the landlord for minor things I would highly recommend renting through Nomad and will look to do so again in the future
