Poor quality belt overpriced unusable
Bought the black CF 2 0 carbon fiber belt for 95 15 shipping within the US What I received was a belt worth less than even the shipping alone The leather was stiff thin and scratched all over It seemed synthetic You can get the same product at Chinese vendors on Aliexpress for 12 The carbon fiber buckle itself seems okay but very thin and not durable The size I ordered was correct but there is a problem with the design there is no opening under the buckle where the tip of the belt is supposed to pass through and then rest in that little loop that holds it in place This makes the belt essentially unusable The quality is like something you d get at the toy store It s a complete ripoff

Terrible quality terrible customer service
I loved the belt at first I had no reaction to the metal at first and was very hopeful that this belt would work for me But after wearing about only three times I started noticing that the finish was coming off By the fifth time I wore this belt to work and only in a suit all the finish had worn off the top half of the belt and was showing some brass colored metal underneath It looks absolutely terrible I reached out to the customer service and got no response for a few days and when he did finally respond he told me that I am clearly very tough on my belt and that it it was my fault and that typically doesn t happen for 1 to 2 years I have only worn this belt a total of 5 times for a few hours at a time in a full suit I Could not be more delicate and gentle with my belt if I tried This is the only belt I have ever owned where this happened Due to how quickly this happened I expected a replacement but all customer service did was blame it on me and say it was my fault and refused to replace it or credit me for the purchase I waited to write this review for a response from them hoping they would take care of it but instead the blame was put on me Worst customer service ever Do not buy this cheap belt Email from their customer service Thank you for your patronage we do appreciate it So you are clearly very tough on belts By the looks of it you have punished your belt in a month what typically happens in a year or two with normal wear

Buckle broke quickly Horrible customer service
Like a previous reviewer I wore the belt 6 times to go through airports when the tongue of the buckle broke off I contacted customer service sent them photos and--at their direction--sent them the belt t my expense Like the previous reviewer I was told that the belt use was rougher than intended not true and that they d fix it month or so turnaround if I paid an additional 12 in shipping When I asked them to just ship it back they refused unless I paid shipping HORRIBLE customer service Do NOT Buy

Nonickel com buckles beware
The buckle on the belt I had purchased bent after regular use I notified the company and sent them photos The No Nickel brand name was stamped on the back of the buckle Michael Dow replied to me you can gently bend the pin back in place Our buckles are made without nickel so customers like you can live a rash free life Nickel is used because it is STRONG and cheap Buckles made without nickel are softer and prone to what Just gently bend it back This was unacceptable and Michael refused to provide me a refund because there are no refunds for used belts

AVOID NONICKEL
Agree with others - 100 horrible customer service NoNickel sent me the incorrect belt They refused to acknowledge their mistake and do an even exchange for the correct belt I went to their website emailed customer service sent them pictures AND A VIDEO of the incorrect belt with TAGs still attached I received several replies from CS all refusing to acknowledge an even exchange The owner called me and said he 1 never got the pictures video which is a lie and 2 accused me of speaking to 3 different people to get an exchange result I was replying to THEIR email that THEY sent to ME I have no control who answers their email and I don t appreciate the accusation that I m being dishonest How is emailing a reply to their listed email on their website asking for an even exchange for one they incorrectly sent to me - being dishonest They HAVE the proof and acknowledged they sent the wrong belt AS WELL AS the owner said he needed make REPEAT customers a priority and they are too busy to deal with new customers WHAT IN THE HECK kind of statement is THAT AVOID this company

Always Top Notch Products Service
Always nickel free and super helpful site Have used these folks for years and they are friendly and helpful when needed Huge selection can be overwhelming but it is good to have choice
