I had a breast reduction surgery All the staff was really professional before and after the surgery I felt safe after the surgery because I could come have a visit nearly any time i could come just to make sure everything is healing well Now I can live without any obstacles From E I came down to a B C size

Poor management

Managers are very incompetent flooding neighbouring apartments with water twice already and completely ignoring the problem I wonder how your surgery will go if such people are running the business

The unprofessionalism of the clinic administration is beginning to cross all boundaries A month ago the apartment belonging to the clinic flooded our apartment as a result of which the ceiling was damaged and in need of repair That day I came to the clinic to seek help to stop the source of the accident as soon as possible At the entrance I met the cleaner she immediately called the representative of the administration Gintar who according to the cleaner will come soon It took about 10 minutes which basically doesn t seem like much but considering the fact that water is running through the ceiling in your apartment at that time it seems a lot When Gintar came she considered for a while what should be done here she didn t seem very worried and only when I mentioned a few times that the water was running NOW and the source needed to be stopped NOW she went to the apartment from which the water was running Soon two more people related to the clinic came probably the workers who installed the apartment belonging to the clinic inspected and mentioned to Gintar that the apartment would not be used for some time When Gintar was talking to one of the people who came she used a curse word in Russian and later she flirted with him several times The behavior of the representatives of such a company shapes the image of the clinic itself because today I am a neighbor and tomorrow maybe a client I would not choose this clinic and I do not recommend it to anyone precisely because of its unprofessionalism Finally Gintar informed me that the insurance would cover the expences I asked for her number if I needed to contact but she saw no need to do the same on her part Without any of my contact details Gintar promised to solve this incident so we separated A month has passed no news Is the clinic in such a position that there is no need to take action until someone has pointed to the existing problem five times

Scammy place

They bankrupted their Vilnius branch did not pay their workers nor clients back for services purchased in advance with offering to come to Kaunas branch to finish the set of procedures After I refused they were gone with the wind and did not pay my money back I would be aware of these scammers and would not buy packs of services as the history may repeat

Had such great time at Nordclinic plastic clinic in Kaunas On arrival was greeted at the reception and explained all in detail about about my planned surgery on that day Did all needed tests on a day which was very convenient as I arrived to Lithuania 1 day before the surgery Everyone who works here seemed very professional and attentive and made me feel very relaxed After meeting with my surgeon I signed all documents I was taken to the private room which was very modern and comfy Surgery went well and my surgeon Rolandas Borkys did amazing job I am nearly 3 weeks after surgery and feeling great and much more confident The only thing I regret I didnt do the surgery earlier The food was amazing too and the post surgery staff looked after me very well Had a very relaxed overnight stay Top class
