The delivery was a day late which caused the shipment to thaw out on its trip The AMAZING part was I sent pictures of the product and filled out the claim form and within 15 minutes I received an email with the new at no charge replacement shipment All I can say is that this is the way a businesses should operate but seldom do WELL DONE NORDIC CATCH
