CBD oil 5 Full spectrum The oil arrived and is absolutely full spectrum It s helping me have a deeper sleep which is important as I suffer from Chronic Pain and my sleep is normally broken Still tricky to get to sleep but once I am I get a good rest with this CBD The instructions for use were confusing as the suggestion on the box differs to the leaflet inside which could simply be an error but does not inspire confidence for new users of CBD maybe double check your paperwork The product itself is great and there was was an educational booklet which has a lot of information about CBD and the endocannabinoid system ECS Its s such a good booklet I have shown it to a few people to help them understand the basics about CBMP s which has helped greatly I am also prescribed medical cannabis by a specialist and it s hard to educate people sometimes The booklet helps thanks
