Very bad experience

Very bad experience I was enjoying training there until one day civil police harrased me after training According to police I look like I m taking steroids They harrased me by checking me infront of people in the mall And searched through all my bags my body made me pee infront of them checked my underwear and took my pee for tests Questioned me more than one hour inside a police car Only their reason was I look like I take steroid I honestly don t believe it I think it s the people who works there who reported on me Otherwise there is no way somebody suspect me that I take steroid I m not even that big to suspect there are so many other bigger guys in the gym why they only chose me Because I m brown Isn t it crazy that they let civil police come inside and check on us and harresing right outside the gym Just to find out I m not guilty A horrible experience police should test the people who work there first Before they test people who train inside I was happy to train many years before this I was very embarrassed that this happened to me infront of people

Extra payment add on s I m so disappointed by the way they run

I m so disappointed by the way they run their business As a foreigner looking for a new gym to join in Sweden I had to not only pay 269 for a one week training pass I ALSO had to pay a 100 extra just for the card So one week pas was 369 and the gyms are not even that nice So not worth is I m honestly blown away that they run their business like that Never in any other country or gym have I experienced that Also you HAD to buy the card because it works a like a lock Extremely false advertising and I will never use their gyms again

They steal your money

they take your money for membership send things to the wrong address and even when you end your membership due to poor customer service they do not return your money for a years membership even if you haven t started it yet DO NOT GO WITH THEM

Nothing works

Tried to buy my membership online - big mistake It got very strange and complicated immediately Nothing seems to work properly on their website which appears to be some kind of cheap crap When I eventually got through there was no feedback or instructions whatsoever for example on how to actually get the card Had to go downtown to get the card which of course didn t work despite the guy telling me it absolutely would They hadn t managed to execute the payment despite my full authorization so I had to sit 160 minutes in a phone queue to reach someone in customer support All in all a five-day delay in getting started with my training and many wasted hours dealing with this outfit Very very disappointed

Worst Gym service I ve ever experience

Worst Gym service I ve ever experience what is the point of providing the option to sign up online when you have to physically conclude the process in the reception I spent almost two weeks without being able to get in the gym because the reception times are absolutely ridiculous With super short opening hours When asked to have another solution to get into the gym so I could start using the service that I have paid for for weeks I got no help from costumer service and a straight no and recommended me to go to other side of town when there s literally two gyms avaliable within my location its 2024 and this chain has an app that serves zero purposes and facilitates nothing to their users having to carry a physical card or pay for a bracelet Ive canceled my service and hope to get refunded fully since I not once was able to use the gym since I signed up totally disappointed and do not recommend this company at all
