Steer well clear
I bought this for working from home - a key Nordnet selling point - but it does not work with either Teams or Zoom the definition of remote working in my case - my voice is unintelligible to others I also need it for large downloads - but these inevitably and get terminated before completion A complete waste of time and am locked into a 2 year contract They confirmed they would allow me to terminate the contract but want me to pay the balance of the entire 2 years to do so This just adds insult to injury Addendum Despite what they say below I spent many hours talking with their tech support before they finally let me know what they had known all along that there are major issues around Zoom Teams audio and no timeline for resolving the issue

Frequent outages with no idea given of when a solution would be found
Initially the company seemed good and customer service easy to contact but I ve been a customer for nearly a year and I ve had several outages one was for 5 days Currently I ve been without internet for 2 days with no indication when I will be reconnected - they blame Covage who is of course uncontactable Not reassured that the technicians are in Morocco and while pleasant to talk to offer no solutions I will be looking to change at the end of my contract Very disappointed

Nordnet satellite internet - TERRIBLE customer service
We have been customers of Nordnet s Supernova satellite internet service for several years In December 2021 I opted to upgrade to the Neosat service The kit arrived quickly but the satellite dish has still not been installed After nearly 6 months Once in March a technician came to fit it but left after 5 minutes because it was raining In the meantime the original Supernova service cut out on 24 February and absolutely nothing has been done to fix this We have therefore not had satellite internet for over 3 months I have been given about 70GB of phone data to use but mobile reception is poor in this area so this is worth very little I have reported my problems to Nordnet customer services many times but nothing has happened I have recently threatened months too late to cancel my contract if the service isn t installed and working within two weeks The two weeks are nearly up Worse perhaps the company that Nordnet use to install satellite dishes seem to have told them that I have cancelled 3 appointments for the dish to be fitted This is completely untrue They have never attempted to arrange a date and except for the brief meeting in March mentioned above this company has not contacted me at all I am appalled by this

Dishonest
I was entertaining using Nordnet as my internet landline provider through Selectra Selectra assured me they had English speaking support they do not Nordnet wanted me to confirm over the phone to set up the fibre service I do not speak French so I sent them a letter to cancel They had already taken out 64 euros for the router which I never received To set up fibre they quoted me 10 weeks far to long Orange did it in 3 weeks I ve written letter after letter to get my money refunded and after 2 months still haven t had a response Selectra who prematurely paid over my money also won t help Stay clear of these dishonest telecom companies stick with Orange it will end up much cheaper and more reliable Also avoid SFR the worst of the bunch

Nordnet admits that video calls conferences do not work
We have no fiber at our house in Normandy 4G is not reliable at our location I had Nordnet installed because video conferences are my bread and butter The result is terrible Zoom - Teams video conferences don t work at all Nordnet technical service told me that they know about the problems since August 2022 and they don t know when they will be able to solve the video conference issue Security cameras don t work either The system is completely useless and because of that I was forced to put my subscription on hold for 6 months despite being on hold they continue to charge me for the rental of the accessory equipment Nordnet contacted me for the first time AFTER I posted this review but they refuse to address the problems I know understand why 42 of the 2000 Nordnet experience comments on this site carry 1 or 2 stars only Nordnet is owned by the Orange Group Today Nordnet told me that that video conferencing is not compatible with its satelite internet service and the fail to understand how someone could have sold this service to me They also told me that cancelling the service even if it doesn t work will cause me to have to pay 100 s of euros of penalties How to understand

I requested a wifi 6 box nearly 4 weeks ago After having to deal with the appalling customer service on their chat with no success somebody finally rang me to tell me what is happening Turns out that they couldn t tell me when the Ox would be sent out due to a problem with their billing system How can an organise like Nordnet have a billing system down for weeks on end Sorry - I don t believe a word they said and if I had a choice I d drop them like a hot rock But I don t so until that time I just have to put up with the rubbish the feed me Oh as an aside oddly enough they can bill me for my service strange that seeing their billing system is supposedly down Thanks

The internet and therefore our mailing
The internet and therefore our mailing phone goes off Sometimes for an hour but sometimes for days at a time The signal strength varies from 0 To 28 but to often the signal is far to low to watch a downloading film 50 years ago we could receive a reliable signal to our TVs from the moon Sadly we have gone backwards This service is clearly not up to our requirements

Terrible service
Terrible service If it were possible to put zero stars I would I regret ever having anything to do with this company I waited for months for their technicians to instal their dish only to ge greeted with a several hundred euro bill to have the support made longer myself from a private enterprise which I had to find The service still never worked properly Finally I gave up and cancelled the service Months after returning their equipment by post I am still receing demands for its return and their technicians have never returned to dismantle their dish I t is impossible to even access their site now by email A frustrating expensive and completely useless service with appaling customer care Do not touch this company

No Internet for a week AGAIN and no contact
I am deeply saddened to be writing this because I hate thinking that this is the only way to get attention We have had Nordnet VHF internet connection when it works it s good BUT then it stops and goes off for DAYS and there is no way of contacting nordnet - they are just not interested in being contacted I have tried online I have sent emails and even resorted to Facebook to try and see if the marketing team can get a message We have been down for a week now we might have to go to a hotel in order to work when people leave you in the pooh and do not care it would be better not to have the service in the 1st place if you are at Nordnet please get us back online
