Bad communication and customer service - threatening me to sell all my investments
I have been a Nordnet customer for years and have trusted the platform with my savings Suddenly I receive messages from Nordnet stating that they need documentation to prove my address I provided them with this documentation but they did not approve and suspended me of my overview of my savings investments I was in shock They could have given me a call if there was a problem with the documentation I since then have shared several documentation to prove my address and several weeks have past without any changes They even informed me that if they do not receive proof of my address before March they will automatically sell my investments and the money will go to the tax authorities I am in shock I have written them several messages With such a serious situation they should give me a call or at least respond and review my documentation properly

Very poor customer service
Poor customer serviceEmail on 10 01 asking them to create an account for me using an application to fill in as I have a problem with my CPR number as it falls under modulus 11 and some IT systems cannot process it unfortunately when I try to create a profile online Reply from Nordnet was asking me if I put a dash between my CPR number I told them no I didn t They replied after a week that I can have a problem if I m in a different tone zone I replied that I live in Denmark and I m creating my account form Denmark one week later they apologised and attached an application that I should fill out and send back to them like I proposed on my first email I filled it out and sent the application 14 days later they came back saying they can t process my query on email due to data protection Then why did you ask me to fill in an application and send back Moreover they said they have sent me a message in account on nordnet dk Not sure how I can magically have an account where I can access messages they sent I gave it a shot and tried to login and of course I don t have an account Very poor customer service seems that every email takes more than a week to get a reply latest one was two weeks to get a reply If that s the customer service now I m wondering how will it be when probably not open an account with them at some point Last email is from Onur - Customer Manager

they froze my account because I moved to a new country they told me to get them some information which I provided they told me the handling time would be 2 weeks my account has been locked for 2 months now and im getting no replies from the emails im sending also on their website they have blocked my account from being able to see send emails back to them You are clearly not understanding what I m writing I told you that I m unable to access the mail service you provide because you have blocked my account Which means I can t read or answer your messages
