Live chat support rocks
I used the live chat to do a full account reset and the process was so quick and simple If it weren t I think I would have rage quitted and flipped the computer as I d been trying to recover my old password for the past hour Big thank you to Triss for the prompt and helpful responses

Talk to me like I m 5I ve had a very difficult time trying to set up Nordpass I purchased it probably a month ago and I ve been slowly working at it trying to figure out the best way to change my existing passwords and then upload them to NordPass I was confused about the difference between my nordaccount and app nordpass I ve considered cancelling several times Today I think I understand A service rep named Evelyn spent an hour with me walking me through and explaining things I envisioned that gif meme where the computer service rep is screaming at the screen grabbing his keyboard and throwing it That wasn t Evelyn if it was she never let on I m sure I ll be clicking the help button again I hope she s the one that answers

Excellent support from NordPass
I recently made the decision to change password managers from LastPass to NordPass The changeover was fairly easy and NordPass seems to be exactly what I needed That said I have experienced a few issues and this is where I can truly state that the online support has been exceptionally strong Today I chatted with Dante Sanchez for possibly the second time Dante is professional helpful and patient At the end of the day he provided the assistance and support I needed and together we achieved a positive resolution to the issue He represents NordPass in a very positive manner
