Shampoo and conditioner are dreadful and it seems negative reviews are not allowed on the web page
Shampoo and conditioner are dreadful And what disturbs me more is I posted a negative review of both of these products and neither review has been uploaded to the online reviews on the shop web page obviously negative reviews are not be permitted Every review sings the praises which in itself is suspicious as that cannot possibly be the case Clearly the reviews are sifted through and only glowing ones are posted The products are over priced and the prices of items have jumped up and they are certainly not worth the cost as they re really not that good I have now changed to a different brand that is also natural and I am much much happier

Excellent Company and Wonderful Customer ServiceI discovered this company just before Christmas 2020 and purchased organic plant food for my son a keen indoor gardener I received a complimentary hand cream which I found to be lovely for my dry skin I also received a very nice e mail from the owner of this company thanking me for my purchase I have since bought a diffuser and the most wonderful hand wash I live in a hard water area but the hand wash is the softest and gentlest soap I have ever used This is a small company and well worth a look at British Organic and using natural products

Fantastic The products that they make are gorgeous I ordered a coastal linen spray - which is like freshly washed sea salt Not overpowering at all just beautifully subtle and clean They also threw in a free handcream wild fig which has such a gorgeous formula Couldn t be happier

Slight mix up of subscription rules but they were helpful friendly and professional and sorted the problem quickly Actual products were very high quality and nicely packaged just the scents were not for me but would definitely be happy to recommend this company thank you
