Update The Customer service contacted me immediately after my review and refunded the amount I also received 2 charms Thank you for that I will order again Unfortunately I had bad experiences with this shop In my first order one charm was not delivered enough but this was then delivered later In addition to the subsequent delivery I ordered another charm necklace and two earrings Both earrings and a charm on the necklace had the pearls falling out when they were unpacked I then contacted the shop and asked for a replacement delivery That was on August 26 2024 Since then I have not received a response or a replacement Too bad
