Flawless service from my go to record store

I ve been buying from Norman Records for almost 2 years now after a google search revealed that they had a rare find I was after still at normal retail price too Since then it s been my go to online record store and I have ordered about 35 records from them just this year In all that time across all those orders not once has there been any kind of problem I think once there was a record that the suppliers were not able to send but the communication was clear and apologetic and the balance on my order was easily transferred to another record or could have been refunded if I d preferred The 50 free shipping threshold is very acceptable and means you can get free shipping with purchasing only a few records and the ability to have records on hold while you add to an order is effortless As someone with a sales retail background and now as a web developer for a retailer I know it is not easy especially in the current Covid situation to achieve such excellent customer service throughout so it really should be applauded Give them a go and buy with confidence Seasons greetings and huge thanks to everyone at Team Norman for the continued outstanding service
