No more Norr na for me
I ordered a repair kit over 14 weeks ago I still haven t got the shipment I ve been in contact with Norr na 5 times now The customer support is very uninterested in solving the issue There is always a new explanation but no one really seem to care No more Norr na for me

Absolutely shocking service from this company first time user and won t be back Ordered a jacket and I quote they said the system had stopped so left it pending and nobody picked up on it Didn t pens when payment was sent Stay clear

Poor cevlar poor customer service poor repair
I ve bought this pair of Lofoten Pro pants expecting them to be solid and strong when being on the mountain Being hugely disappointed with a cut on the leg after 10 days on the mountain I contacted you guys in hope for a repair This repair wasn t deemed as a warranty which in the first place was disappointing as I ve always thought that a brand like Norr na would do anything to take care of its reputation But what could I do the pants are expensive so I had to get the repair done and pay for both the repair and the shipping myself Now I ve received the repaired pants and what has been done is not only hideous but also doesn t seem reliable I m very disappointed in how Norr na has handled this compared to Arcteryx a brand I ve skied with earlier and have received nothing but good service from

Shipping scam and no customer service
Based on own online research and positive articles from sources I consider trustworthy I ordered online on September 27th 2020 A status update was not provided and I was already annoyed that it took them 3 business days to ship one article After 10 days I finally received my order which is ridiculous as this was not during the heydays of the pandemic On top of this Norrona charges 15 for shipment via DHL Express So I called DHL and they told me that it was sent via Economy Select on the road and not Express and after 4 business days it was not even remotely close to the destination It is also clearly stated on the label What are you charging here exactly Norrona will probably understand that I get the feeling this company is charging EU customers for Express and shipping it the cheap and slow way I contacted them via Instagram and although my message was read I have not received an answer in over a year Absolutely horrendous customer service Will never order anything again

Vanligtvis brukar jag inte skriva recenssionr men nu k nde jag att jag var tvungen Fyra helt nya Norr na jackor som har h l i Gore-tex membranet och en av de som har feltejpad s m F rst en Lofoten Gortex Jacka i butiken p Hede Outlet som hade flertalet sm h l i sig F r att byta ut den till en ny var jag tvungen att v lja en annan d Lofoten fanns inte i min storlek Tamok Goretex Pro fanns i min storlek Vid provning i butik visar det sig att 2 Tamok-jackor som r helt nya har h l i Gortex-membranet Jag undrar om det r s med jackor som r i Oultetbutiken och f r svar att det inte r s och att en ny jacka skall best llas fr n Danmark till mig och skickas hem tyv rr f r jag betala f r frakten ven om det inte r mitt fel att jackorna r felaktiga N r jag f r den nya jackan visar det sig att ven den har samma fel plus ett ytterligare fel d r innerfickan inte r tejpad som den skall Jag hade g rna k pt en ny jacka som inte har fel p sig men fr n butikens h ll ville man inte skicka jackor fram och tillbaka och min enda utv g var att l mna tillbaka jackan Det r totalt 4 helt nya oanv nda jackor i premium klass fr n butik som har fel fr n fabrik Jag ville bli kund men de ville inte ha mig som kund V rdera sj lva I usually don t write reviews but now I felt I had to Four brand new Norr na jackets that have holes in the Gore-tex membrane and one of them has a seam taped wrongly First a Lofoten Gortex Jacket in the store at Hede Outlet which had several small holes in it To exchange it for a new one I had to choose another as the Lofoten was not available in my size Tamok Goretex Pro was available in my size When tested in store it turns out that 2 Tamok jackets that are brand new have holes in the Gortex membrane I wonder if this is the case with jackets that are in the Oultet store and get the answer that it is not and that a new jacket must be ordered from Denmark to me and sent home unfortunately I have to pay for the shipping even though it is not my fault that the jackets are incorrect When I receive the new jacket it turns out that it also has the same fault plus an additional fault where the inner pocket is not taped as it should be I would have liked to buy a new jacket that has no faults with it but the store did not want to send jackets back and forth and my only recourse was to return the jacket There are a total of 4 brand new unused jackets in premium class from the store that have defects from the factory I wanted to be a customer but they didn t want me as a customer Evaluate for yourself

Poor customer service
I have ordered t-shirt 30 Eur and jacket 220 Eur from Norrona Week after t-shirt has arrived No jacket no message nothing I have written to customer service They promised it will be send soon After 11 days still nothing I wrote customer service once again Jacket is sold out but I can but it for full price 439 Eur They dont care about customer

Don t trust images on webshop
Bought a pair of Gore-tex pants and an anorek in the same color - Indigo Night Blue - at the norr na webshop When I unpacked my order the pants and jacket were in two very different colors of blue When I share a picture with norr na support showing the big difference in the color the answer was It is a Gore-Tex issue not a matter of bad quality on our side Not the type of quality and service you would expect

Fabric feels cheap and fragile You pay the return to Denmark which is designed extremely lengthy you have to write an E-Mail they provide you with a link and you open a case for the return there Then you receive the return label print it and can post it at your own cost Not again

The endlessly undeliverable jacket
My parcel is stuck in an administrative black hole where both Norrona and DHL are telling me completely different things Norrona tell me that DHL have tried repeatedly to deliver and that I have been out not true they have refused to deliver and DHL tell me that they cannot deliver until Norrona have cleared the duty on my items or I pay that bill This has been ongoing for 1 5 weeks now since the first time they intended to deliver it I even spoke to the DHL driver who said they couldn t deliver the item even though it was in their van until the duty had been paid This is a 250 item which I have paid for and I have no way of receiving I have effectively been gaslit with no hope of recourse or receipt of the goods DHL have now raised a ticket to investigate and secure a letter of authority from Norrona but by this point it has been the single worst customer experience I have had I love their kit but I doubt I ll take the risk of buying direct again This was a gift too so I ve had to buy something else at short notice

I really wanted to like Norrona
I really wanted to like Norrona I bought two fleece layers on their website and got a confirmation email for my order From this point communication stopped 10 days passed and didnt get a dispatch confirmation after only just dodging their 15 DHL delivery charge I tried phoning no answer I messaged their chat bot and got put through to first Torjus then Nikolas I queried the status of my order and after a couple of attempts over multiple days Nikolas let me know the items had actually been out of stock all along and as such I d need to get a refund I asked if they had planned to let me know or just allow me to continue to wait for them to not show up - no response I waited a few hours then asked if I d be getting a confirmation of my refund since I hadn t had an email He said I d get one I didn t get one Eventually what I did get was an email from Paypal saying I d been refunded but nothing still from Norrona themselves Honestly - my experience isn t even that bad compared to others on here just an annoying 10 days waiting in silence for an order that could never be fulfilled and then a couple of worried days of them still having my money whilst I hadn t had any formal communication saying my order would be refunded But it s the disappointment of choosing a premium brand and getting the most dodgy hire car company style communication that leaves you nervous thinking when will they reply and when will I get my money back I wont be trying to order anything from them again - and definitely won t continue thinking they operate at the level of Arc teryx or other premium outdoor brands - I would recommend to think carefully before ordering anything from them
