I cashed out to PayPal beginning of month wasn t to sure when I would receive it I emailed them and informed me it would be paid the following week I still hadn t received however I contacted them on messenger and they paid it immediately I love this app you can cashout to giftcards too love the style of the surveys

Complete waste of time Company claims you answer surveys faster than the usual rate which assumes everyone is either slower or the same as the normal rate their process is therefore entirely flawed as I am a very fast responder and can process information very fast They cancel surveys coming through to you with no notice and say this is in terms of service Their terms of service states it s only for misleading answers there is nothing that states the time taken to respond is a factor They are robbing thieves These lot should be closed down by regulators Massive shoutout to Sandra who is a disgrace in how she treats customers given the fact all of her contact with users is anonymous

This company are awful
This company is a sham and a complete rip off I have taken dozens of their surveys through other survey sites The surveys are always on banking and finances I complete them in full honestly accurately and spend the recommended time on them You submit the survey and you are never a match and never get paid for your time and effort I always take screenshots as proof and forward them to the survey site Depending on the site I am usually awarded in full or partly by them and im told it will be raised with the provider norstat They get all my personal data and information and will obviously use it for their financial gain while attempting to rip me off and not paid what I am owed I dont take this lying down and will always fight for what I m entitled to I suggest you all do the same It is the only way these companies will understand they can t get away with this obscene practice

used panelbase for several years with no issues but the switch to norstat has not been positive very few surveys some issues with those i completed not crediting and no response from support
