Bait and switch AND horrible response to my seeking of resolution paid a lot for UPS Next Day Air shipping and it was over a day late ordered on Friday at 10 18 AM their site even says that orders by 3 are Next Day UPS website says they deliver Next Day Air orders on Saturday AC Part shows up on Monday whole Friday and weekend of 87 degree temps Informed them just wanted credit for the shipping charge by the way they don t answer phones only method is text Instead they dug in their heels hid behind statements like our policy says and it s not our fault taking NO responsibility for ANY of it horrible horrible customer experience race to the bottom and treat your customers like garbage no empathy no care Do not buy anything from these people they need fix this but they do not care So I m disputing the whole transaction as a fraud of service becauseTHAT is what it is This could have been easily remedied but they couldn t see the wisdom of doing that

Paid extra for shipping Part was net even shipped until after the implied arrival date A week later still don t have my ac parts My next step will be contacting the BBB Do not purchase from this company

Horrible company

Horrible company I paid for expedited shipping and they shipped Ground I asked for help as my AC is offline without the part and I am met with rude customer service representatives that do not care They would not even refund my expedited shipping as the standard Ground was free They are a ripoff and not worth the effort I would go to any other seller unless you want to deal with rude and uncaring customer service representatives and parts that arrive late Wish me luck if the item even works as this company is bad

I was ordering an GE blower motor and they sent me the after market motor They told me this one was replacement part But i want the GE motor not after market one then they issued an RMA return When you return you have to pay shipping and 20 restocking fee This is a riff off company DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER

Not An Honest Company

I called and spoke with a saleslady who told me which part to buy But when I got it it didn t work So I returned it Then they only refunded me 50 of my money which amounted to hundreds of dollars This company is not honest

SCAM Company Avoid buying anything

I received the replacement motor and plugged it in and did not work I called the tech line and they trouble shooted with me and motor is broken Contacted North America and they are saying only 50 back as it was installed DO NOT buy from company once they get you you will never get any refunds Total SCAM no live customer service everything done by email

Ordered a HVAC part after verifying the correct part number and that they had the unit in-stock Received the part from a different manufacturer appeared to be a cheaper brand with the wrong part number In addition the part that was sent cost way less than the unit I ordered and paid for No reaching out from the company as to why a different part was being sent or that I would receive a credit for the difference in cost No phone number to reach them Learned my lesson
