I have ordered an AEA HP SS Max by this company It was damaged and leaked from the probe So I have send it back in the trytime The seller was hostile and is not planning to give me my money back 703 I mailed him a couple of times but no answer I have done business before in the usa but now I see that there are some sellers which are criminal I will never do business in the usa anymore If things go well then no problem if you have problems then this seller keeps your money BE WARNED ABOUT NORTHWEST AIRGUNS You better search for a company who keeps their word about returning an item Again be careful with this business

They want your Money
First when I make the payment the order recipt changed the information of the product three days later I recive an email wiht the infomation that the item was out stock but they where working to resolve the issue a week later they send part of the item I called them and they say that the order was rigth and for the return they would keep the 25 of the value of the product and I had to pay the return fee plus insurance Long story short I paid more money for the same product that amazon has I do not recommend buying on their website The information they guive you is no accurate And they are not polite
