I purchased the oversize hooded windbreaker and am very happy with the product It is difficult to find a coat that is water resistant and wind proof and yet still be stylish

I love the blue windbreaker I ordered but

I love the blue windbreaker I ordered and it was delivered in record time The quality and colour are great but I m disappointed that I ordered a size medium when a small would be ideal When I advised North about my disappointment with the size ordered they were instantly helpful and communicative The return postage cost was prohibitive but I know if I keep the jacket and it s too big that I m not likely to wear it When I advised North that owing to the postage cost I had decided to keep the item and regift it they immediately offered a full refund of the item and an additional discount on a replacement order so that it would assist with the pain of the postage cost Now that s service Thank you North I look forward to ordering the size small and to looking out for more items on your online shopping It s been a pleasure to deal with you
