Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service I purchased a bracelet for my mum from the Lydia Tomlinson range but it was too small to fit her wrist I emailed to get information on how to return the item in the post Had an email sent back very quickly and was able to print off the information I needed I reordered the bracelet in large which fits perfectly and received it within a few days of ordering it

Great customer service

Beautiful great quality products I was unfortunate that one of my earring there was a defect however I contacted the customer service team and they were absolutely fantastic they sent me out a replacement pair which were perfect and I received them the following day I highly recommend Northskull and there aftercare and customer service is excellent
