Terrible customer support
I have been trying to resolve an issue with my subscriptions for over a year During this time I have contacted Norton multiple times It involved Norton promising they will call back at a specific date time but that never happened This meant more call backs and during each call the representative would say it was being escalated For some calls they would say the call will be transferred to a supervisor but then the call is simply placed on hold - one particular call made me wait for over 40 minutes with no contact To say it is the worse customer service does not do it justice on how frustrating it is to deal with them Before buying Norton products customers need to be aware the customer support does not exist

These are bad people
These are bad people They force you to sign up for automatic renewal giving your bank details etc otherwise you cannot use the product Also they charge much more than the market rate for automatic renewal If you contact them to complain they just disconnect you Immoral greedy and rotten

I got Norton LifeLock because somebody took my identity three days after I got them they let somebody call to say they were my wife and change my password I thought they were supposed to protect me so now I m probably more screwed way to go Norton LifeLock after I answered all the questions and I told the idiot I m not married I ve never been married

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Unfortunately I was considering doing business with this company June 20th 2023 I made an error when signing up with them I called June 26th and explained my situation and was told I should receive a refund in four to six business days I have called numerous times since then As of today August 6th I have not received a refund In addition 11 99 was deducted from my bank account although I specifically stated No when asked if I wanted to activate an account

Norton lifelock is a scam
Bought Nortonlifelock at a store Norton will not accept product key unless I put in a credit card number for automatic renew I do not want automatic renewal If I choose not to renew I simply will let it expire I have read numerous reviews where Norton will continue to charge even if customer does not want to renew Norton lifelock is a scam

Pure Idiocy
The first person that I talked to transferred me to another customer service representative that asked me to repeat literally everything I had just spent 15 minutes telling the first person The second person that I talked to had such a thick accent and poor english that I could not understand what he was saying and had to have him repeat himself over and over again This went on for almost an hour without my concern ever being addressed

LifeLock Has Gone Downhill Fast ever since Norton took over All customer service calls get routed to off-shore call centers and you are left dealing with people where English is only their second or third language and they can barely claim proficiency with using either

NO REFUND FOR THEIR OVERCHARGE
Although I cancelled my subscription 1 month ago they will not refund anything for the unused portion of my subscription if cancelled within 60 days of renewal date More importantly they have been charging my husband 20 a month LESS than me for at least 2 years - for exactly the same subscription no special promo code on his account either I just discovered this discrepancy and requested a refund of the overcharge NOTHING DOING They won t refund a thing These people are thieves -- they are exactly what they say they are protecting US FROM Suggestions -- don t use Norton Lifelock They ll screw you one way or another

This is an absolute garbage service
This is an absolute garbage service I think we ve had it for over a dozen years and our bank accounts have been compromised a total of four times Never receive any alerts and we ve never received ANY assistance once our identities have been compromised They always advise us that we ll have to take whatever actions are necessary to have these matters corrected
