I ordered a few bits for my shop which were dispatched very quickly Unfortunately the delivery driver after not getting a response from knocking the door so left no card just simply returned to sender So I contacted Notino and spoke to Lucia Wow Incredible customer service skills These are rare these days Outstanding communication and immediate resolution Really really impressed Thanks Lucia Will use again

I ve been using Notino for two years now and I can honestly say they are the best online shop for beauty related products The products are genuine delivery is fast and they use the best delivery company and customer service is second to none Usually returns process is where you ll have most issues with the customer service team I have so far no problem with returns and they always handle returns with friendliness and integrity Thank you

"Genuine Products at a great price "
I was after two men s fragrances made by the same company one selling at 80 the other at 50 Before purchasing from that company website I searched Google and found Notino I knew of Notino s existence but have never ordered from them and they stocked both these fragrances the 80 one for 50 the other for 30 Bargain I ordered both on the Thursday and they were delivered Saturday I ve looked at the packaging the bottles and smelt the fragrances and these are genuine products Notino also sent me a free gift five 1m samples of different fragrances which was a bonus Very happy with this purchase and very happy with Notino Will be using them again Thank you

I have used this site a few times now and have found them to be reliable offer a good selection at great prices and often I get a free sample with my order which is nice I am surprised at the negative reviews as I can t fault them personally and I have bought fragrances and have never thought that they did not seem genuine

Excellent prices particularly on niche fragrance and a good system in place on their deliveries I received emails from them on multiple occasions informing me what stage my delivery was at The fact they can provide updates on when items are back in stock is also useful
