"I am aware this is a grey market store "
I am aware this is a grey market store and what that means I have spent close to 1000 and had some great offers such as this week Detour Rouge that was 11-40 and amazon is 25 and the official shop is 25 and then 3-99 delivery so i had two bottles basically for the price of one at 26 with postage These use DPD Red not DPD LOCAL blue so delivery is on the day that is stated Customer service answer emails and phone calls I will keep shopping

"Good value items and securely packaged "
I have placed 9 orders now in total with Notino over the past few months and have never had any issues or concerns yet with any of the items and their customer service has always responded promptly All of the items I have ordered from them have arrived in mint condition as they are always wrapped up and protected well inside a thick layer of bubble wrap and they are delivered fully tracked by DPD within an hourly time slot The only improvement would be to dispatch orders a little quicker and offer free delivery over a certain price point more often rather than on selected items only but they do offer it occasionally

Got my items so not a scam but took 11 days to arrive they are based over seas so took some time Fast customer service response however due to 4 postage wasn t really a bargain anymore

I bought Notino s Choose 5 samples for 5 50 and 1 came broken I understand these things happen sometimes and I am perfectly ok with 1 breaking but I think we should be able to leave feedback stating that instead of just a 1-10 feedback rating Will be returning Thanks so very much

"Better than Expected"
Having read some of the reviews I was a little worried about ordering from Notino However because I couldn t get this body lotion anywhere in the shops I decided to give Notino a try The only problem I experienced was the 3 changes of delivery dates Apart from that the goods arrived in excellent condition and were exactly what I wanted

Fair pricing and reliable delivery but they used a frankly outrageous amount of excess packaging most of it not recyclable Please think of the environment

I bought Daisy Ever so Fresh as a birthday present after using pricerunner to compare prices Notino had a fantastic offer on the 125ml edp which was equivalent to 30ml in high st stores It was delivered just in time Looking at the background to Notino I m assuming that the product is being shipped from Europe so delivery times are going to be much longer Don t assume a 48 hour turnaround - mine took a week

Notino is a go to place for me when purchasing fragrances and can offer extremely generous discounts on products I find the dpd delivery arrangement for added cost irksome why not consistently free delivery over a minimum spend notino Would make them hard to beat Still very very good

The paco rabanne fame gift set is lovely arrived quickly before Christmas considering it was only ordered on the last week of Christmas Before Christmas this company was doing really cheap deals however who ever packed the gift set should of put the lid on the box to protect the perfume bottle and body lotion Lucky no damages occurred I would shop from this company again definitely
