Sub-optimal support for promotional packages .
I normally do not write reviews. However, I wanted people like me to keep a few things in mind before deciding on this service provider: The actual look and feel of book - Excellent Response time - after you raise issue, immediate (Low proactiveness) Promotional packages - buy only if you understand how the social media works. If you are looking at them to compensate your lack of understanding, you are not going to enjoy or benefit from this. I would have been very happy just picking up the basic package.
