We have never used a personal travel adviser before and Greg has absolutely converted us He arranged a 4 day break to Tallin for several hundred pounds cheaper than the quotes we had which also included breakfast at the hotel He was amazing at keeping us informed sending the documents but where he excelled was his fantastic support when our flight was cancelled He rebooked us on another flight and unbelievably when that was also cancelled he did all the legwork for sorting things out This was on a Sunday when we were a hundred plus miles from each other He rang us with updates and constantly checked that we were OK We were completely bowled over by his care and professionalism He even rang us the following day to check we had arrived home safely it was a 4 hr bus trip home We have booked another trip with him and can t praise him enough What a phenomenal service and man Thank you

Jas Birring went above and beyond making every part of organising out honeymoon stress free and affordable to our demands and budgets including 4 hotels and flights across 2 countries with all connections taken care of We were easily able to book out honeymoon in the middle of organising our wedding without any extra stress The hotels and recommendations were 10 10 and the expertise and guidance were brilliant From take off to landing it was smooth sailing

Ligia helped me plan and book my travels through South America Right from the first call she was engaged and seemed as excited as me to be planning the trip I gave her some ideas of what I wanted to cover and she came back with recommendations and suggestions that ticked all the boxes She was eternally patient as we refined the itinerary and got the timing and pricing right Her tips meant I managed to get more in than I d hoped for the time and price The service didn t stop when the trip was booked Ligia helped me out while I was away - sorting a hotel booking that had got lost and helping me look into changing the route and dates mid trip As it was such a long trip she also occaisinally checked in to make sure everything was going to plan I highly recommend using Ligia to plan your trip It took a lot of the hassle out of the whole thing and made it all the more enjoyable
