Excellent service Bought a vintage bass back in January and they ship it overseas at the time I want 3 weeks later with secure packing and tracking Just that the last mile of the delivery company they use was not up to standard this is not No Tom s fault though

Denmark Street can be intimidating

Denmark Street can be intimidating for an aspiring guitarist and I always felt I wasn t good enough or wealthy enough to go into No Tom Guitars In 2016 I finally screwed up my courage and walked inside I am so glad I did The staff couldn t have been kinder more welcoming or more helpful After some discussion about the music I liked to listen to and what I liked to play they showed me a Faith Mars drop-shouldered dreadnought guitar They were so confident that this was the right guitar for me that they only showed me this one instrument I took a leap of faith and bought it that day trying not to think about the money I am writing this in 2021 and for the last 5 years this guitar has been my most treasured possession I ve just had another wonderful peaceful Sunday afternoon playing guitar and watching the sunlight I still find the sound of this guitar marvellous I think it sounds even nicer now than when I bought it I m grateful that the staff at No Tom understood what I needed even more than I did and helped steer me to an instrument that will be a lifelong friend
