My error in the personalisation of a picture frame

I ordered a picture frame and after completing my purchase and payment I discovered I had made a minor spelling mistake in my personalisation I was unable to contact the seller but Dawn from Not On The High customer services was very helpful and promptly amended my error with the seller

Wonderful at correcting my mistake

It was a good outcome to my mistake when placing an order I did not go back and check my delivery details I did not check that my details were correct at the time of placing an order which unfortunately they weren t when I committed and paid for the items on the High Street were absolutely wonderful they got in contact with the seller to tell them my full address so I would like to apologise for my mistake and congratulate not on the high Street for their help
