I contacted Andy and Ricky last week to clean 2 sofas Faultless response time Andy came today and made a fantastic job of my once dull and dirty sofas Over the moon Great value for money for the amazing job completed Mostly Andy was an absolute joy It s one of a kind when it comes to customer service A down to earth professional and friendly approach I would have no hesitation in asking Andy or Ricky to carry out more work for me in the future Such a happy customer June

I couldn t recommend Ricky and Knowles professional carpet cleaning more I send off an enquiry for a quote online and had a phone call back within a matter of minutes Ricky gave me a quote and booked me in straight away and within a few days he was found cleaning my sofa He was very knowledgeable and explained all my options to me super well On the day he was exactly on time and was super friendly and professional He got the job done in no time at all and by the time he left our sofa looked brand new Really friendly and efficient service

Salvaged

Andy did an amazing job salvaging a very abused carpet We d moved in yesterday and we really thought we d need to rip it up - but now it s clean and mostly stain free Even the really bad stain is lightened so we can place a rug over it Worth every penny and significantly cheaper then a new carpet

I was very impressed with Ricky and his nephew who came to clean our settees After 2 kids and 2 dogs i never thought that they would smell so clean and nice again - they honestly look like new Probably not the cheapest company out there but communication was really good and they explained what i was paying for- will definitely use again

I cannot recommend Andy highly enough my carpets were in such a mess thanks to a naughty puppy who has had lots of accidents over them and the winter months making them extra dirty with mud Andy was very polite and got cracked on straight away he s done an amazing job and only took him 1 5 hours to do the job He treated all of the stains with a special chemical to treat the urine and completely removed any smell My carpets look amazing now and smell so fresh again I m over the moon thank you so much i will 100 be using again in the future
