I can t imagine going to a commercial

I can t imagine going to a commercial gym ever again Nova makes everyone feel so comfortable the staff are so supportive and the members are so friendly it is a little community that all cheer each other on and celebrate the journey together

I absolutely love coming to Nova They ve completely changed my view on exercise helped me understand what my body needs to improve my physically and mentally There exercise programs are so simple and effective that I can now confident go into a gym and just decide I m what I m training without feeling I m doing the wrong thing 10 10 would recommend to anybody

The best gym I have been to I feel so comfortable there no gym anxiety like I had in other gyms and it s perfect to go and know what you re doing because it s all already been planned The coaches are and the other gym members are all amazing we are a great community who all push each other to do better The app is also great for keeping track of your weights so you know when you re smashing new goals

I absolutely love Nova I joined Nova in January and not only have I had a physical transformation but also a mental one I would never be one to say this before but I now actually enjoy working out The staff at Nova are incredibly supportive and welcoming and always go above and beyond for their members There is an incredible community of people who all support and encourage each other All of the workouts are programmed for you ahead of time which takes away any of the stress and anxieties of not knowing what to do in a gym Honestly it s the best gym I ve ever been to Fantastic equipment supportive staff and an amazing community of members What more could you ask for Cannot recommend enough
