Still waiting for order after one month and no reply updates on order status

One month has passed since I made an order online on November 12th Nova Maison informed about the delivery date that should be around 7 working days Since the purchase day I been checking the order tracking status and it never changed i have contacted them by email several times and the only answer I had was please wait some more days Now they don t even answer anymore and as it seems there s no way to contact them by phone im extremely frustrated and would not recommend anyone to buy from this company I m having a strong felling that I will loose my money and not get what I have ordered

Low quality China goods which are ordered b2b on Alibaba or AliExpress in China but are sold with a nice price margin on their website Delivery out of China May take long delivery time They refuse to take back the products and do not reimburse you Be aware this is not a serious store

Don t buy any thing on this website and company Please be honest and stop lying You sell Chinese merchandise like Temu or Shein with big margins I bought a lamp for CHF 149 - and it arrived 1 5 months late Then since you don t want to stop the delivery and you delivered me a crappy product you ask to return the merchandise to China on your website it says to return to the Netherlands while your company is based in the Netherlands In addition you remove 20 of the price of the merchandise and the cost of returning it is about CHF 70 - from Switzerland I will file a complaint against you and write a letter to all the payment companies on your website klarna twint mastercard etc to close your website I don t know how you can look at yourself in a mirror while scamming people

I would not recommend anyone to order from this site I wish I d read the other reviews before ordering The site gives the impression of being based in Europe and states that delivery will be made in 7 days My item took over a month and half and came direct from china The quality is terrible the colour does not match the image shown online I have no interest in going through the hassle of returning and attempting to get a refund as I must pay my own shipping to china and I have no faith in this company that I will receive the refund 140 CHF and 6 weeks wasted The bad reviews are clearly catching up to them as they operate under another company name as SUNNERY My product came with Sunnery paperwork and a quick look at their website tells me its the exact same set up

Hallo I wouldn t suggest any of Nova Maison s products to anyone Extremely poor service after waiting weeks for my order I received the wrong item with very bad quality I tried to get in touch with them to return the item but I never heard back novamaison ch does not exist anymore

I ve purchased the Ortholuxe dog bed Unfortunately instead of a memory foam dog bed i ve got a regular foam one I decided to return it and get a fully refund but that s not possible due to the shipping cost to China too expensive from my country The only option is to keep it useless for my dog s health and get a 20 refund The custom support was very nice and fast tho

No delivery time predictions on the website - should have made me suspicious and rightly so My order took five full weeks to be delivered from China If I had known this was where it would be shipped from I would not have ordered from Nova Maison Communication from support was decent in tone if largely meaningless
