Unresponsive Courier and Lack of Follow-Up from Support
Employees are absolutely incompetent drivers lie that they came by but blame you for not being home when in fact you were They don t even try to deliver the parcel to the concierge post office at your address that is 24 7 open to receive packages Use anything else but this company if want to receive a package I called them to ask where driver is after aprox 1 hour they came back asking if I had a question not answering my first i e where is the driver with my package Such companies should not exist

The shipment was not picked up
At 11 56 AM today I received a message stating that the delivery of parcels would take place today I called the courier three times but he did not answer I also contacted support twice and I was told that either the courier or the operator would call me back However no one has called back
