profiting on covid DO NOT BOOK WITH
The villa where we stayed was fine However aircraft were constantly flying causing me to wake up several times as if the third world war had started this is serious Furthermore the owner came by every day often in our absence to inspect the house and take pictures of any unwanted things rubbish or mess This meant that I did not leave the house at ease because my personal belongings such as my passport money or clothes were just in my room Furthermore the owner asked for an abominally high deposit at the beginning of the week which had to be given in cash Later it turned out that this amount was necessary at literally every damage point in the house which could not be proven that this came through us an ever larger part of our deposit was retained As a pinnacle of this both novasol and the owner of the house through active teamwork wanted to replace the entire refrigerator of easy thousand euros because of damage to the size of a pinhead This was because the refrigerator door once was pushed against the door This was only visible at a distance of 30 cm and did not limit the use of the refrigerator in any way In short all of this has ruined my entire vacation and has also become a lot more expensive I will NEVER book more at Novasol and can strongly advise to pass the villa villa certa as a possible accommodation

profiting on covid DO NOT BOOK WITH THEMDO NOT BOOK WITH THEMthey have pretty good selection of properties however when you arrive you ll start having extra charges cleaning min 80euro regarding the number of people even if you are just 2 towels linen electricity etcWe somehow agreed to this last year this year we booked 42 days before arrival and unfortunately had to cancel because of quarantine rules paying 90 of the booking which is 1150 and guess what They didn t refund a penny referring us to force major etc which is not our case we simply chose not to travel following government advise They also refuse option to change the dates and rejected our proposal to issue credit note towards any future booking with them Appaling Initially they sent us an email that we can reschedule for extra charge however over the phone they said we cant reschedule even though we were prepared to pay the admin fee What they do now they are pocketing all money collected from holidaymakers covering themselves with pandemic excuse and providing us with the silly explanation which I never asked about that they still have to pay landlords nonsense I bet they don t a penny to landlords for cancellations in current circumstances They lost today another regular client and I have to take it through my bank ABTA who they are members to BE AWARE

Last year we lost our money because
We had a booking for October and had to cancel due to Covid We have been trying to move the booking since April of this year when we all went into lockdown We had NO response from Novasol our remaining 50 was due at the end of July we didn t pay as we had no confirmation that there would be availability for the new dates we needed for next year After our payment due date we heard from Novasol stating as we had passed our date they could not reinstate the deposit to move the booking to next year disgusting they are profiting off of Covid and need to be called out for being a shameful company with clearly no morales DO NOT BOOK OR USE NOVASOL

Last year we lost our money because Norway decided to put Belgium on a red list This happened less than 40 days before we should travel to Norway We had already spoken to the owner of the house we rented and he agreed to change the rentingperiod to this year Novasol didn t agree so money was gone

Steer clear of Novasol by all means
Very bad experience I had to cancel my reservation 20 days before arrival then they said that there is no refund if you cancel less than 40 days If something happen for you and you need to cancel your booking You lose 100 of your money unfair

Can not be recommended at all
Our stay in the South of France turned into a nightmare A seemingly great stay on the French Riviera quickly turned into a nightmare when we arrived at the apartment we had booked via Novasol The apartment was so unwashed and dirty There was a lack of kitchen equipment Dirty panties under the kids bedrom Non-functioning air conditioning was the start of days-long one-way contact with Novasol Countless inquiries to Novasol without feedback and solution Steer clear of Novasol for the world They are not helpful at all when you need it most No answer no help Just totally arrogant After three difficult days we decided to move out and to another apartment Reimbursement from Novasol is proving just as difficult but we are not giving up Novasol will probably deny the feedback but do yourself a big favor and steer clear There are plenty of other good opportunities
