Dreadful service
Dreadful service Problems from the start but absolutely no interest in exploring the issue Ten months of crap service with a better signal coming through the walls from my neighbours WiFi After just two cursory engineer visits I was told they were kindly offering me the option of leaving the contract early without penalty That s how much they care about their customers Went to Virgin for full fibre and service works fine NOW is an abysmal company Avoid at all costs

Avoid The service is shocking Have been left for multiple days without service without so much as an apology When it is working it s glitchy and slow Customer service is manned by robots who just keep repeating off a script instead of actually answering questions And apparently they are unable to pro rata their bills so despite cancelling weeks in advance of the end date of the contract they still have to charge me past the cancellation date and then I have to phone up to get a refund Funny how they can pro rata their bills to make sure the discount is only applied to the days prior to the cancellation though so bills can be pro rata d when it means they can get more money

DO NOT USETheir customer service borders on fraudulent I went with NOW because the bundles were useful with SkySports etc But literally you try calling them and the menu selection doesn t work so you are just stuck pressing 1 over and again to discuss your contract The live chat reaches nobody Eventually I found a way to email they called me randomly once in response didn t get through and so closed the case In the meantime I ve paid for months that I don t use because I cannot contact them to cancel Absolute disgrace

Been very happy paying 24
Been very happy paying 24 then got a email saying it was going upto 28 Then i have just checked my bills and last 3 months been paying 41 No notfication whats so ever So be aware of what they will do to your account BEST AVOID Now Broadband as they will scam you and massively hike the bill when contract runs out

gave them a 1star rating because there is no option for Zero or Negative values Charged me for telephone calls on top of broadband fees even though I made no calls I was in hospital for 2 weeks and house was empty so unless burglars were breaking in making calls and locking up again on their way out there was no way I could make charged calls When I contacted Now all I got was idiot from India shouting down the phone to drown out my claims if they employ such rude morons then don t expect customers to stay I have signed up to alternative company Pity Now took their customer services away from Ireland as theywere always friendly polite and helpful but I suppose now they are part of Sky they don t give a damn AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE

Run away Painful desperate time-sapping broadband service
Nightmare broadband service I wasn t expecting anything fancy -- just a decent connection to read websites have normal video calls watch some TV It got so bad in the end I couldn t even open a broadband speed checker site to confirm how slow the speed was Then regularly saw speeds of between 1-10 for downloads Contacting them to resolve it was a job in itself The website makes you run a line check before revealing contact info And it always concluded service was fine so didn t connect me The phone number and the bot require you to select options Press 1 if but these don t work on certain phones mine - mobile or landline I unearthed a customer service email address from an independent website The email response told me to call Six weeks later I discovered a complaints form on the website It triggered a response but no resolution I finally had to report it to the ombudsman in an attempt to get out without a big penalty Waiting for a response now In sum they were okay for the first year I joined but nose-dived this second year A painful desperate time-sapping experience all around Run away

Deduct payment after cancelling and still waiting for refund
I cancelled my broadband with now at the end of September They then deduct more than what my monthly premium was in November After a phone call they promised to refund but still nothing After talking again today apparently I need to wait 45 days from the end of November to get the refund This is bordering on fraudulent and will NEVER consider using them again no matter what deal they offer

Incredibly frustrating company to deal withHad to get the ombudsman involved to get them to compensate for multiple weeks of no broadband connection where they refused to accept responsibility Later in the same year when trying to get a copy of the contract to confirm the end date as the website contains almost no information and the welcome email had no attachments they tried to get me to sign a new one locking me in for another 12 months When I cancelled the service instead of renewing the staff were rude to me Use literally any other open reach provider and you ll have a better time
