If you are looking for health insurance and have no idea where to start nowcompare com is a great company who listen to your situation and give advice on the best health cover options I was in correspondence with Mark Green and he was kind patient and professional in all his advice I had very little knowledge of the health insurance world and Mark was understanding and did his best to help me build my knowledge Even when I found an alternative health insurance provider which catered more specifically to my needs Mark offered a free review of the plan and advised me on questions I should ask the health cover provider in order to fully understand the conditions attached to the plan I was very appreciative of the advice kindness and understanding displayed by all employees of Nowcompare com

One thing I am very picky about is customer service For Nowcompare all I can say is that it is spectacular customer service I have my insurance through them and Rebecca checked in on me to see how I was doing as they have not sent an email in the last few weeks This is what makes or breaks a company and Nowcompare is absolutely making it The whole team is so helpful and friendly

Reading the below 1 star review is a real headdesk moment for me I ve been using this broker for 4 years give or take a few months and every year they do me a full comparison of the insurance companies And every year I tell them their job is to keep my premiums DOWN You just have to read the price comparison to see why Regency gets recommended and why I keep renewing with them It really isn t rocket science The Now Compare team has saved me a fortune over the years

Fast response and friendly staff They sent me a run-down of the options in price order and rather than trying to sell me something expensive like other brokers had done they were happy to talk me through cheaper options that were in my budget Went with a big international insurer through now compare and am pleased with the customer service

Extremely helpful and good quotation

I ve been an expat for about 16 years in various places and have used a few different brokers This one is the only one of them I ve ever felt good enough about to refer other people to They give me a total list of the insurance offers every year and make a recommendation based on what you want to pay they also seem to recommend the best priced options too which is refreshing whereas my old brokers were clearly trying to get me to pay over the odds to rake in their commissions
