Superb from start to finish

Karl and his team I dealt with Kerry are absolute professionals in their field They looked after me form the moment that I enquired about a transplant and walked me through every stage of prior and post operation The surgery itself was carried out in Manchester and I was made to feel comfortable on the day with all questions answered thoroughly The surgery itself took 5-6 hours and I was driving home by about 3pm which shows that it is not too arduous of a procedure Kerry and Karl then walked me through the aftercare programme and I had very regular conversations with them I was able to give progress updates and get feedback as often as I wished and even now 6 months on they are still checking in Sounds almost cliched but this transplant gave me so much confidence back and I no longer even think about my hair just happy to have it back

I thought the whole experience was great

I thought the actual transplant was carried out in a very professional manner and did not feel uneasy or unsure at all Although it s early days for me as I m only in week two the level of aftercare has pleasantly surprised me with loads of phone calls to guide me through the critical first two weeks Loads of tips and advice Also no hard sales at all through the whole experience I am willing to highly recommend this company as with Kerry the nurse I really feel appreciated as a customer and she guides you through the after operation I can t wait to see the full effect in 8 months time

Karl was extremely helpful throughout the entire process He s a very friendly and relatable guy and is always at the end of the phone if I ever needed his help or to ask for some advice The clinic was very clean and hygienic All of the doctors nurses were friendly helpful professional and made me feel at ease for the duration My hair is looking great so far just waiting for it to start growing through Thanks again for your consistent help and reassurance Karl you re a star

FUE hair transplant London

I just had my FUE hair transplant done over two weeks ago with Now cosmetics and couldn t be happier with the results All the scabbing from my head is now cleared and I can see my new hairline The surgical team were fantastic very knowledgeable and supported me throughout the day Karl has been brilliant all the way through always available on the phone to give you all the info you needed and kept in touch post op to ensure the healing was going ok and how to clean the transplanted area If you re thinking of getting a hair transplant I highly recommend Now Cosmetics

Highly recommend for the aftercare alone Karl my agent was available 24 7 even on his holiday This was my second procedure at the London surgery and I had different surgeons on each occasion Both surgeons and their teams were very professional and helpful Too early to say about results as both procedures were withing a 6 month period and it takes atleast a year for the final results to show So far so good though
